Sex Drive: Fruity Call is an endless runner video game played by Markiplier.
Game information[]
The player's goal is to drive as long as possible while evading bystanders. The game's HUD includes a meter to display the driving length and a "Juice Bar" which is constantly decreasing and serves to indicate how long will the car run. The juice will exponentially decrease every time the player hits a pedestrian. When the juice runs out, the game will display "OUT OF JUICE!" over the screen. The bar can be refilled by sexting back to incoming messages with a proper reply. Players can pick a number of replies to send. Sending inappropriate replies will decrease the meter. Looking at incoming images over time will rapidly build juice. Any interaction with the phone will obscure the player's focus from the road, unless they lower the device. Everything in the game is fruit-based, from its setting to its sex jokes.

Trivia[]
- The term sex fruit refers to a real-world photographic representation of fruits in sexual manner.
- The phone brand the player character's holding is titled "Fapple", a portmanteau of Apple Inc. and fap, an onomatopoeic representation of masturbation. Additionally, unlike Apple's logo, which has a bite taken out of it, Fapple's fruit is whole.
- The "message sent" icon shown when players text back correctly is the "like" button from Facebook.
