Later, Adult Swim Games released Robot Unicorn Attack: Heavy Metal, an alternate version of the game featuring different visuals and music. The game features the song "Battlefield" from German power metal band Blind Guardian. The game's presentation is influenced by depictions of Hell as well as glam metal.
