"Hiding Our Sins from Amy's Holy Peepers" is the 50th episode of Unus Annus, hosted by Markiplier and Ethan Nestor-Darling, featuring Amy Nelson and Chica.

Description

Time has run out. Amy has returned. Will we be able to cover up the evidence of our sin from Amy's eternal peepers?

Summary[]

After forgetting that Amy is coming back on Monday, Mark and Ethan rush to clean up their house in a very fearful manner. As Mark leaves to go and get Amy, the scene is interrupted by an intertitle card that read the following:
"November 14th, 2019 - 1:01pm
Mark walked out the front door alone.
November 14th - 2019, 1:52pm
Mark returned with SCP-11325 following closely behind."

As Amy enters through the living room, Ethan welcomes her with a large duct tape writing on the wall that reads "WELCOME HOME AMY!" The video then ends with one final title card:
"November 15th, 2019 - 12:01am
Mark and Ethan, hereby redesignated as SCP-11325-1 and SCP-11325-2, were forcibly removed from our dimension. This is corroborated by multiple seismometers that detected a 6.9 magnitude tremor localized entirely within the kitchen of the house at [REDACTED] street.

As of this writing, SCP-11325-1 and SCP-11325-2 no longer exist. Any further sightings must be reported immediately. Prolonged exposure will result in:

  1. Feelings of impending doom.
  2. Seeing black and white spirals.
  3. Hearing a constant ticking clock.

If you are experiencing these symptoms, it is already too late. A containment team has been dispatched to your location. Do not resist."

Explanation[]

The episode was inspired by SCP - Containment Breach video game where the player is required to escape an underground containment center that houses numerous supernatural creatures known as SCPs. In this case, Amy is treated as said creature under the name of SCP-11325 who, by unknown means, enslaves Mark and Ethan, now referred to as SCP-11325-1 and SCP-11325-2, and transports them over to another realm.

The final three symptoms listed at the end of the video refer to Unus Annus' overall format, which featured a black and white spiral, themes centered around ones own mortality and a ticking clock for both intro and outro sequences used in each video to remind the viewer how much time they had left before the channel's eventual deletion.

Trivia[]

  • Although the episode's plot took place on a Monday, the date given in the video, November 14, 2019, fell on a Thursday.
