Description

Summary

The video opens up with Lunky being imprisoned in a cage and watched over by Lixian after the latter captured him at the beginning of "3 SCARY GAMES #61." Consumed with rage, Lunky amasses his powers and blows up the gate to his cell, with the explosive impact knocking Lixian several feet away from the cage. Emerging from the blast, the entity levitates with flames encircling him, while a wounded Lixian watches on in horror as a choir plays in the background. Lunky then concentrates his final attack and strikes his former captor with a long-range fireball, before fleeing into the darkness.

Aftermath

On the day of the video's release, Fischbach's imagery in his A Heist with Markiplier YouTube icon and banner were crossed out and swapped with Lunky's. At the same time, Lixian's Twitter icon was also changed to a black backdrop with his account being renamed to "LIXIAN IS DEAD," suggesting that Lunky did in fact kill him. In a follow-up video, Lixian returns and slays Lunky with an axe, resuming the role of Mark's editor alongside Marcus and Rachel from Unus Annus, with all the aforementioned imagery changes being reverted.

Trivia

• According to Lixian, "He Escaped..." was supposed to serve as the intro to "3̴ ̵S̸C̸Ȧ̴̜͍̤̉R̷̜̣̄Y̶̰͛͝ ̴̠͛́G̷a̸ḿ̴̡̡͎̯̩̦̪̮͍͗̆͋͒e̷S̵̙̭̪͒," but the episode was later split into two separate videos following Lixian's suggestion to Mark about making it more suspenseful for the viewers.
