Summary[]
The two reenact the totem pole trench cinema trope, where one child, or in this case Ethan, would sit on another's (Mark's) shoulders while wearing a long trench coat to pretend they're a fully grown adult, usually to sneak into an adult-only facility. In this example, Mark and Ethan pretend to sneak into a cinema while trying to fool cardboard cutouts of various celebrities, historical figures and fictional characters that were used in one of their previous sketches. Nearing the end, as this was filmed during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mark exclaims that they've forgotten their face masks before exiting the make-believe cinema, as the video comes to a close.
